We are committed to providing high-quality fastener products. If any product is found to be defective, we offer return or exchange services under the following conditions:

Return Policy

• We only accept return requests for products that have quality defects.
• Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will refund the product cost, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
• Only applicable for wrong specifications or minor defects, and the product must be unused.
• Customers are responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases:

• Wrong model or order placed by customer
• Product has been used or damaged by customer
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
